Instrument-assisted/graston technique is typically for people recovering from injuries, whether that be subacute or chronic. This treatment focuses on a combination of deep tissue massage with active release & RAPID release techniques, as well as medical grade stainless steel tools to assist in breaking up adhesion & leftover scar tissue from past injuries. This may come with an assessment so that we can better understand the root cause of your pain.
