RAPID Neurofascial Reset initial assessment & first treatment. This is where I’ll be asking questions, looking at your range of motion & gathering information so we can get to the ROOT of your pain. This is also why filling out your intake form accurately can be a game-changer! It gives me an idea of your history & allows me to put some of the pieces together even before we step into treatment. Please fill it out to the best of your knowledge. 

I will be treating you this appointment as well, so bring loose-fitting clothing.. ie. yoga pants & sports bra/tank top, shorts & tank, sweat pants, etc. 
Any clothing that I’m easily able to work through. (NO JEANS)
